End of the Month Campaign Ordering Start Date Requirement
For all Paid Campaign Submissions starting after the 24th, the end date will be adjusted to the 1st of the new month. This is tied to billing as we close our end-of-month billing on the 25th. In addition, it’s best practice to start campaigns on the 1st of every month to ensure the pacing and performance success of your client’s campaigns.

SEM Flight Guidelines
SEM orders that do not meet GD’s minimum 90-day/3 consecutive month term will incur a $100 campaign setup fee for each month short of the minimum.
Example: If you submit for a 30-day SEM flight, you will be charged $100 per month for the missing two months. ($200 total).
Note: After 90 Days/3-months you can renew month to month.

Creative Request Guidelines (Partner Portal Creative Requests Only)
- Display: A creative fee of $150 will apply if the ad set does not meet the 100K Impression Count delivered in 90 days.
- Streaming Audio: A creative fee of $150 will apply if the creative does not meet the 50K Impression Count delivered in 90 days.
- Preroll: A creative fee of $200 will apply if the creative does not meet the 75K Impression Count delivered in 90 days.
- CTV/OTT: A creative fee of $200 will apply if the creative does not meet the 50K Impression Count delivered in 90 days.
- YouTube: A creative fee of $200 will apply if the creative does not meet the 9K Impression Count delivered in 90 days.

Mid-flight cancellations will be billed for the entire monthly flight as it was originally scheduled.
Example: If you cancel a display campaign mid-flight, we will finish up the entire flight and stop billing for all future scheduled flights that apply.
All cancellations and changes to active orders must be submitted through the GD Resource Center. GD will manage all requests that come in and send confirmation once complete.
