Step 1

Kickoff Call

We assign a Web Account Manager to review the digital intake form. During this step, ensure all information is accurate for both the website and Google Business Profile (GBP). You can also review the project’s next steps during this call to clarify any questions or adjustments needed.

Step 2

SEO Content Development

Content & SEO teams will take the inspiration keywords from the completed intake form. The team then conducts keyword research and competitor analysis. The content team reworks the content to be SEO performant with the researched keywords.

Step 3

Design Phase 1

Website Visual Aesthetics
This design phase focuses solely on the visual style of the website (layout, colors, fonts, etc.). It consists of creation of the homepage and one interior page. The timeline for this phase is 7-10 business days with 1 round of edits.

Step 4

Design Phase 2

Content & Full Site Edits
Phase 2 includes the building of all other interior pages. The timeline depends on the total number of pages with 2 rounds of edits.

Step 5

Go Live!

Allow up to 3 business days for the website to go live. All sites include monthly maintenance for minor changes or additions. Please understand it can take up to 48 hours for a site to propagate.
